ABOUT
Maeria is a bilingual voice actor, actor, writer, and comedy performer, whose roots are as rich and vibrant as her voice.
Born and raised in LA to Argentinian and Italian parents, Maeria brings culture, comedy, and character to everything she touches — in both English and Spanish.
She’s currently lighting up headphones as Thumbelina for Nickelodeon's Scrambled Animated Podcast Series, Various Italian characters (Loop group) for Pixar's upcoming animated feature film, Gatto, Paola the Pizza Chef in Blippie Wonders and can be heard on multiple Netflix series as a bilingual dubbing actor. Maeria has also voiced the Jennifer Coolidge sound-a-like in The Emoji Movie for Sony Pictures, and brought the oddball Fishboy to life in The Guvnah for Adult Swim.
Her performance roots run deep — she holds a degree in Theatre from LMU, is a Second City Conservatory graduate, and has performed bilingual sketch and stand-up at The Comedy Store with Eva Longoria’s Hot Tamales and the hit Locos y Contentos. She even toured nationally in the original musical Selena.
Off-screen, Maeria is the creator and star of the critically acclaimed solo show Ma’s Kitchen, which earned both Best of Fest and Encore Performance honors at Whitefire Theatre’s SoloFest. (It sold out. Twice.)
She records from a broadcast-quality home studio with Source Connect, and specializes in animated characters, Latinx voices, commercial VO, and bilingual storytelling. With a bold sense of play and deep emotional range, Maeria is also a natural fit for video game performance and interactive storytelling, a space she’s excited to dive into next.
"Maeria is a master of voice and an accomplished voiceover artist."
